Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis Recognized as Mercedes-Benz Best of the Best Dealer

Annapolis, MD – Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA) announced today that Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis has received the prestigious Mercedes-Benz Best of the Best Dealer Recognition Award based on its outstanding performance in 2007.  Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis was presented the award as a tribute to its success as an independent entrepreneur who routinely exceeds the expectations of Mercedes-Benz owners.

This year, MBUSA is recognizing the top 15 percent of its retail network (51 out of 345 dealerships) with the Best of the Best recognition.  The award, which is presented annually, goes to top performing Mercedes-Benz dealerships for demonstrating superior performance in various areas of their business, including customer satisfaction, new vehicle sales, certified pre-owned sales, leadership and management, parts operations, and market penetration.

MBUSA, headquartered in Montvale, N.J., is responsible for the sales, marketing and service of all Mercedes-Benz and Maybach products in the United States.  In 2007, MBUSA achieved an all-time sales record of 253,433 new vehicles, setting the highest sales volume ever in its history and achieving 14 consecutive years of sales growth.

Heritage Honda Westminster named Top CSE Performer

Westminster, MD – Congratulations to the staff at Heritage Honda Westminster for being named a Top CSE Performer in the Nation for 2007.  This is an accomplishment to be very proud of.  There are 1,132 Honda dealers throughout the country and only 317 who were able to achieve a CSE score average of over 90% for the year.  Heritage Honda Westminster was also 1 of only 2 dealerships who received this award in the district.   This means that the staff met or exceeded at least 90% for customer satisfaction in parts and service.  “This is a great honor and one that comes from a lot a hard work by all the team members,” said MileOne’s President and COO, Jerry Fader.

 The Customer Service Experience Award is granted by Honda North America.  The dealership will receive a banner to display their accomplishment as well as a visit from the executive team at Honda to award them with this distinction.

 On his stores award winning accomplishments, General Manager Rob Long commented “I’m very proud of everyone here in the Service and Parts Departments that helped us achieve this great recognition from Honda. Make no mistake that without the constant efforts of our employees this would never have happened. Everyone here knows that our goal is to always do the right thing when the customer is concerned.
