The Professionals Program recognizes and rewards Acura Professionals and their Managers for tenure and training completion. In addition, several special incentive awards are offered throughout the year.
Once a dealership enrolls in the Professionals program, all qualified staff are automatically enrolled in the program. American Honda Motor Co., Inc tracks the performance of all qualified Parts and Service department staff.
Training and experience of the award winners are geared to deliver results that significantly contribute to dealership and customers. Hall Acura, Virginia Beach received the 2009 Dealership Award. Congratulations to the elite dealerships who achieved an Overall ACE (Acura Client Excellence Award) score of 93.0 or better.
