A Letter from a Happy MotorWorld Customer

I was on Rt. 80 on my way home to Ohio when a wheel on my Jeep lost its lug nuts. The vehicle was not drivable. I called AAA and was transported to MotorWorld. Let me say I was treated like a regular customer from the start. A Service Consultant named Bret Joseph handled my problem. This young man was outstanding. He called my Jeep dealership in Ohio. They agreed to pay all costs, although you did not have the wheel I needed, Bret got one shipped overnight. He promised to have me on the road the next day at 12 Noon. I was on the road the next day at 12:05.
Great Service by a Great Dealership and an outstanding employee, Bret Joseph.
