Herb Gordon Nissan: All new top of the line sales and service center

A new Nissan sales and service facility will soon open it’s doors in the Montgomery Automotive Sales Park in Silver Spring, MD. The new facility will be the first of many renovation projects in the coming years planned for the Herb Gordon and Tischer divisions of MileOne Automotive. These projects aim at enhancing the buying and service experience for all of our customers. Each of the renovation projects will upgrade service facilities with state of the art equipment, which will make for faster and more comfortable service visits, and will improve the buying experience with modern facilities and enhanced comforts that will surely ease the car buying process.
The new service facility at the Nissan dealership was built with the customer in mind. The new write-up area has been built out into expanded, climate controlled, service lanes. This allows for immediate assistance when customers enter the facility. All service advisors have also been equipped with the new “Mobile Service Advisor” platform that allows advisors to view complete maintenance history of each vehicle and advice the customer in the most expeditious manner.
With a new service facility also comes new equipment and the Nissan facility is no exception. Installation of a revolutionary front end alignment machine has just been completed that features a 0 angle rack that is completely flush with the floor. This machine allows technicians to do a four-wheel alignment in roughly half the time of most standard alignment machines. This will make for a quicker and more convenient service experience for customers.
Shall customers choose to wait for maintenance to be completed on their vehicles, they will find an array of new amenities that have been added to enhance comfort in the completely new customer lounge. The whole building has been equipped with wi-fi to allow customers to access their internet needs. A 46” High Definition television has also been installed and will feature satellite programming. For those with children, a new “Kids Room” will feature a similar television along with different activities to keep children entertained.
The sales customers will reap excessive benefits at the brand new sales facility. The showroom has been expanded to allow for more vehicles. Each sales office has been completely rebuilt with glass partitions and high quality furniture to make the buying experience as comfortable as possible. Throughout the the showroom numerous modules and literature will be available to help the customer make an informed decision.

The grand opening of the all new Herb Gordon Nissan dealership is currently scheduled for October 25, 2008.
