MileOne becomes a corporate sponsor for the 2008 Dragon Boat Races

On September 13, 2008 MileOne will compete in the 2008 Dragon Boat Races to raise funds for several Catholic Charities programs surrounding Baltimore. Since the introduction of Dragon Boat Racing in 1998, it has proved to be one of the premier team building events in the Greater Baltimore Community.
As an official corporate sponsor for the event, MileOne has formed a team of 22 who have been practicing every Tuesday night in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor in hopes of winning the 2008 cup. MileOne takes great pride in our involvement within our community and is ecstatic to be apart of this very worthy cause.
To get involved, we invite everyone with their family and friends to join us on race day to show support and enjoy the fun. Children especially can have a great time watching the boats, silly team hats, team chants and visiting the different themed tents.
