The MAX Scheibner System was designed in Germany and is the only system of its kind. It is by far the most accurate system for measuring motorcycles available to the public today. The MAX is an opto-electronic, microprocessor controlled system. The principle components are a measuring bracket with two electronic measuring cameras, the target unit with two infrared illuminated target and an integrated microprocessor. The system contains the factory specifications on over 1200 motorcycles and compares your frame against that information. This eliminates the human error factor. The MAX-system is the superior solution for quick and precise measurements without dismantling the motorcycle.
If your motorcycle needs to be straightened, we have the most accurate jig available – the “MOTO-JIG”. The Moto-Jig is manufactured by GlobalJig, one of the most experienced and respected companies in the business and was designed to work in conjunction with the mega-M.A.X. System. Unlike other systems that require the motorcycle to be removed from the straightening jig for remeasuring, the design of the Moto-Jig and the mega-M.A.X System allows us to verify the measurements while the motorcycle is still in the jig. This ensures accuracy and saves time – getting you back on the road sooner!
